Simulation Disclaimer. EcoAudit produces a simulation generated entirely from the project data, credit selections, and self-reported values you provide — including AI-estimated parameters, manually toggled strategies, and any scorecard workbook you upload. It is not based on an independent site audit, energy model, commissioning report, or material takeoff performed by EcoAudit or any qualified assessor.
Liability Disclaimer. The scores, tiers, and point totals shown in this tool are estimates only. They do not constitute, imply, or guarantee eventual certification, and EcoAudit makes no representation as to the accuracy, completeness, or certifiability of any result produced. Final certification decisions rest solely with the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) for LEED, the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) for Green Mark, and Greenbuildingindex Sdn Bhd / PAM / ACEM for GBI. Use of this tool does not create a professional, contractual, or advisory relationship, and neither EcoAudit nor its output should be relied upon as a substitute for a qualified LEED AP, Green Mark consultant, GBI Facilitator, or other licensed professional. No liability is accepted for design, financial, or certification decisions made on the basis of this tool.
Framework Currency. Green building rating systems are revised periodically. The scorecards in this tool reflect LEED v4 BD+C, GBI NRNC, and Green Mark 2021 (2nd Edition) as published and researched at the time of this build. This tool does not automatically track rating-system updates — future versions (e.g. LEED v5, a revised GBI tool, or a future Green Mark edition) may change credit structures, point values, or thresholds. Keeping this current requires either a maintained data pipeline or a periodic LLM-assisted research pass against the certifying bodies' published criteria; always verify against the current official standard before relying on these results for a live submission.
Methodology. Intensities, tier thresholds, and lever-based scoring weights outside the imported/simulated scorecards are simplified heuristics for early-stage conversations, not a certified assessment. AI-generated narrative text is illustrative and should be reviewed before it's presented externally — the deterministic figures it sits above are what the assessment is actually built on.
