LEED · Green Mark (SG) · GBI (MY) · IGBC (IN)

Turn a one-paragraph brief into a lifecycle sustainability ledger.

Describe the project the way you would to a client over coffee. This engine estimates embodied carbon, operational energy, and renewable capacity, then scores the project against LEED, Green Mark and GBI — with a clear roadmap of upgrades if it falls short.

Confirm Project Parameters

▸ Building Details — professional input Optional. Override the app's geometry estimates with real figures from your drawings. Leave blank to keep the derived values.
Everything above is estimated from site area, footprint % and unit count. If you have drawings, enter the real numbers here — they replace the derived geometry everywhere in the app (credit areas, façade costs, embodied carbon, energy).
Massing
Façade area by solar exposure In the tropics, east and west façades take the harshest low-angle sun — they drive cooling load and shading cost.
Envelope performance
These inputs feed a simplified solar-gain model: exposed sun-facing glazing area × (1 − shading efficiency) × (1 − glazing rejection). It is a design-stage sanity check, not an ETTV/OTTV calculation or an energy model — those require BCA/BEIT-approved software and a qualified engineer.

Embodied Carbon — Elemental Build-Up

Quantity × carbon factor, element by element, to A1–A3 cradle-to-gate (EN 15804) — not a single assumed intensity. Quantities are derived from your geometry and construction system; factors are indicative industry means. Both are editable — a sustainability manager or QS should replace them with project take-off quantities and supplier EPD factors.

How These Scores Are Built

Real published category structures — for transparency with your client's team. Only categories this tool models are scored; the rest need a full certification review.

Complete Certification Scorecard

Every real published credit, selectable. Check the ones your team is pursuing — the gauges above switch to these real totals the moment you start.
Minimum requirements to score at all: LEED — every prerequisite (greyed rows below) must be confirmed met, independent of points, or no certification is possible regardless of score; minimum 40 pts for Certified. GBI — EE1 (Minimum EE Performance) is now mandatory for all submissions registered after 30 Jun 2014: OTTV ≤ 50, RTTV ≤ 25, Roof U-Value ≤ 0.4/0.6 per MS 1525. Then 50 pts minimum for Certified. Green Mark 2021 — Energy Efficiency (saving vs the 2005 code baseline) is the sole mandatory gateway: GoldPLUS >50%, Platinum ≥55%, Super Low Energy ≥60%. No sustainability point counts until this gate is passed. The five sustainability sections are each capped at 15 pts (75 total), with a section Badge at ≥10/15.
